Jose Chavez, DO

Jose Chavez, DO, is a double-board certified physician in physical medicine as well as rehabilitation and pain medicine. He treats patients at Integrated Pain Consultants, with offices in Scottsdale, Mesa, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Chavez was raised in Glendale, Arizona. He completed medical school at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale. He then completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation and fellowship in pain medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk.

Dr. Chavez was a pain interventionalist in Tucson, Arizona, for six years before returning to Phoenix. At Integrated Pain Consultants, he utilizes his background in osteopathy and physiatry in diagnosing and treating his patients with a holistic approach to restore their function and quality of life.

Dr. Chavez enjoys helping patients with back and joint pain related to degenerative changes or injuries to eliminate or prolong the need for surgery. He can also help patients who have already had surgery and continue to have residual pain. Dr. Chavez also enjoys utilizing the latest technologies in neuromodulation as additional tools in helping his patients.
